2. Booking and Confirmation

• Bookings may be requested through our website booking form, phone, email, or instant messaging.
• Submitting a booking request does not automatically confirm an appointment. We will review the details and confirm the appointment by an appropriate contact method.
• Please provide accurate contact information and booking details so that we can communicate with you and arrange the requested service.
• For hotel room massages, you must have appropriate access to the designated hotel room. Please ensure that the hotel name, address, room details, and contact information you provide are accurate where applicable.
• Any changes to a booking should be communicated to us as soon as possible and are subject to confirmation.

3. Prices and Payment

• All prices are listed in Chinese yuan (CNY), unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may change from time to time. The applicable service price will be confirmed during the booking process.
• We do not accept online payments through our website. Payment for the massage service must be made directly to the therapist in person before the session begins.
• Taxi fares are not included in the service price and are charged separately. Applicable taxi fares must be paid directly to the therapist.

4. Service Delivery

• The therapist will travel to the agreed location at the confirmed appointment time, subject to reasonable travel conditions and unforeseen circumstances.
• You should be available at the agreed location and ensure that the therapist can access it when they arrive.
• If you anticipate being unavailable, need to change the location, or expect any other issue that may affect the appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
• If a delay or other unforeseen issue occurs, we will communicate with you and make reasonable efforts to coordinate an appropriate arrangement.
• Service delivery remains subject to therapist availability, location accessibility, and applicable safety requirements.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change a confirmed appointment.
• Once the therapist has departed for your confirmed appointment, a taxi fee based on the applicable travel distance will be charged if you cancel the booking, regardless of how much time remains before the scheduled appointment.
• The therapist typically departs 1–2 hours before the scheduled appointment, depending on the distance to your hotel. Actual departure times may vary.
• If we are unable to provide a confirmed appointment due to unforeseen circumstances on our side, we will offer an alternative appointment or, where payment has already been made, a refund for the affected service.
• Any cancellation or refund arrangement will be handled in accordance with the circumstances of the booking and applicable law.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information provided through booking forms or other communication channels may be used to process bookings, communicate with customers, coordinate services, maintain website operations, and meet applicable legal obligations.
